Terms of service
The terms for Harvey’s monthly DJ mentoring, online bookings, payments and private member area.
Harvey Gombos trading as TITAN · Sole trader
Who you are dealing with
TITAN is operated by Harvey Gombos as a sole trader. In these terms, ‘TITAN’, ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean Harvey Gombos trading as TITAN. Contact us at harvey@titandnb.com.
These terms cover titandnb.com, its member accounts, monthly DJ mentoring and the separate community membership supplied by Harvey. Visiting the website, arranging a free discovery call or signing in does not create a paid subscription. Your chosen subscription and recurring price are shown at checkout before you authorise payment. New buyers may pay through the unlisted enrolment page before signing in. Confirmed payments are held against the checkout email, then linked to a TITAN account after that email is verified through sign-in. A payment-return URL alone does not grant account access. Existing members should sign in before paying so their current billing and any approved rate can be checked. An existing arrangement made elsewhere continues on its agreed terms unless you agree to move it to this service.
Your account
Sign in using your own Google account or a single-use link sent to your email address, and keep access to that email account secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your TITAN account without permission. Information you give us must be accurate. You must not share an account, impersonate another person or try to access another member’s information.
Creating an account is free and does not enrol you in paid mentoring, reserve a session or unlock courses or recordings. Google operates its own sign-in service. Our privacy policy explains the information TITAN receives and uses.
The monthly mentoring programme
Harvey explains the monthly price during your free consultation and shares the enrolment link when you decide to join. Your recurring price in GBP is shown on the enrolment page and at checkout before you authorise payment. Existing subscriptions continue at their agreed rate. A billing month runs from your subscription start or renewal date to the next monthly renewal, rather than a calendar month. Your account shows your paid-through date. The separate community membership costs £10 per month and includes community group access, Sunday group feedback and eligibility for the TITAN mentoring roster. It does not include a 1-to-1 mentoring session. Harvey chooses whom to introduce to promoters; bookings and paid work are not guaranteed. Group access is managed personally by Harvey. Where the community option is available in the cancellation flow, an existing mentoring subscriber can explicitly choose £10 monthly community renewal from the end of their paid mentoring month. Their current mentoring access remains until that date, no immediate payment or proration is added, and only the existing subscription is changed. They can instead cancel renewal completely. Opening the community enrolment page or cancellation pages does not itself change a subscription.
Each paid billing month includes one personal DJ mentoring session, typically around one hour, access to mentoring group chats and Sunday group feedback. The personal session must take place in that billing month. Unused sessions do not automatically roll over, subject to your statutory rights and the remedies below if TITAN cannot provide the service.
Where Harvey confirms that you have already paid him directly for sessions, he can add those prepaid sessions to your verified TITAN account. These are separate from the monthly session allowance and remain available until used. Harvey can agree a future date and monthly price for a new subscription. You must confirm the price and date and authorise your payment method through Stripe before automatic monthly billing is set up. No membership payment is taken during that setup; the first monthly invoice becomes due on the agreed date. Cancelling future subscription payments does not remove your remaining prepaid sessions. Ordinary availability and booking-change rules still apply.
Mentoring is about DJ technique, selection, preparation and performance. Results depend on your practice and circumstances. We do not promise bookings, earnings, agency representation or a particular career outcome.
One-to-one sessions are held online using Zoom. Available cloud recordings are processed into your private member area, with transcripts, captions, summaries and chapters where available. A separate course and resource catalogue remain in development and are not promised current inclusions. Harvey will explain how to join the mentoring group chats and Sunday group feedback; signing in does not automatically connect a Discord account.
Renewal and ending your subscription
The programme renews monthly at the price agreed at checkout until cancelled. Stripe processes payment and provides the billing portal. Use Manage billing in your TITAN account to update payment details, view invoices or cancel before the next renewal. You can also email harvey@titandnb.com to cancel. You do not need to attend a call to cancel.
Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and leaves your paid access available until the end of the current billing month. Cancellation does not create an automatic refund for a correctly supplied current month. This does not limit cooling-off rights or remedies for a service we have failed to provide.
We will tell you about a proposed price change before it applies to a future renewal and give you a reasonable opportunity to cancel first. A change will not increase the price of a period already paid for. If a renewal fails, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. New paid access is restored after successful payment is confirmed. Update your payment method through Manage billing or contact Harvey if the status looks wrong. These terms do not authorise an extra failed-payment penalty.
Optional extra sessions
Where extra-session checkout is available, a paid mentoring member who has used or reserved their included session can buy one additional 60-minute session at their current agreed mentoring rate, shown privately before checkout. The payment is a one-off and adds no recurring charge. It does not change the subscription, renewal date or included session allowance. Complimentary and community memberships do not include this top-up option.
The extra session must be booked and take place before the end of the existing paid month shown before checkout. Times are subject to availability. It does not roll over. The usual 24-hour booking-change rule and statutory cancellation rights apply. If TITAN cannot supply a suitable session, contact Harvey for a replacement or appropriate refund; expiry does not remove that remedy.
Booking and moving a session
Book through your member area using an active paid or expressly granted session allowance. Times are shown in Europe/London, including GMT or BST as applicable. Choose a slot with enough time for your session to take place within your billing month. Contact us promptly if there is no suitable availability. We will not rely on expiry to avoid providing a session where the lack of availability is our responsibility.
Use the booking page to cancel or change a session at least 24 hours before its start. A replacement is subject to availability and stays within the original billing month for monthly allowances. Prepaid session credits have no monthly expiry. A confirmed eligible cancellation restores that month’s session allowance; it does not cancel your subscription. Keep the original appointment until the page confirms a requested time change. Contact TITAN as soon as possible for a shorter-notice change or missed session; these situations require individual review. These terms impose no automatic late-cancellation fee.
If TITAN cancels or cannot supply an agreed session, we will offer a suitable replacement or an appropriate refund for the part not supplied. The no-rollover rule does not remove that remedy. Tell us promptly about connection or equipment problems so we can discuss a reasonable solution.
Private session recordings
Recordings, when made and available, are processed after the session. Your Zoom link appears in the booking and confirmation email once ready. The member area and Harvey’s calendar use the same meeting details. Do not publish or forward private meeting or recording links.
One-to-one recordings are assigned to the booking owner. Group recordings are shared only with the accounts expressly authorised for that recording, not automatically with every member. Harvey and authorised administrators may handle recordings to provide support and manage the service.
Your past recordings remain available in your account after paid membership ends, with no automatic expiry. Sign in with the account that owns the recording. Only authorised administrators can remove recordings; contact Harvey for a deletion request.
Captions, transcripts, summaries and chapters depend on the available recording and Zoom settings. AI-generated notes may omit or misinterpret speech. Check them against the session and ask Harvey to correct important errors. Processing can take time; contact Harvey if an expected recording is missing.
Cooling-off rights and refunds
Consumers have statutory cancellation and service-quality rights. The cancellation policy explains the usual 14-day period for distance purchases and what happens if you expressly request an early start. The monthly session expiry rule does not override those rights.
Respect, materials and recordings
Treat TITAN and other members respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate, share unlawful material, disrupt the service or disclose private group discussions or another person’s contact details without permission.
TITAN’s own teaching materials, brand and website content remain the property of their rights holders. Any materials made available to you are for your personal learning within the agreed access period. Do not resell them, publish private session recordings or share member access without permission.
You retain rights you hold in work you submit. Only share mixes or other material you are entitled to share. Providing material for feedback permits us to use it for that feedback, not to use your name, image or work in advertising. Session recording and any optional AI transcription or summary features will be explained before use. Tell Harvey before the session if you do not want to be recorded so you can discuss an alternative. Permission to record a session is not permission to use it in advertising.
If something goes wrong
We will provide paid services with reasonable care and skill. If a service does not meet what was agreed, contact us so we can put it right. Your legal remedies, including repeat performance or a price reduction where applicable, remain available.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security incident, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these terms. Where possible we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue. A restriction does not automatically forfeit payment for services not supplied.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.
Questions, complaints and changes
Send questions or complaints to harvey@titandnb.com with enough information for us to investigate. We will respond and work with you towards a resolution. You may also seek help from your local consumer advice service or exercise your legal rights through the appropriate courts.
The date above identifies this version. Website or account terms may be updated as the service develops. We will give appropriate notice of material changes. Updated terms do not retrospectively remove rights or alter a paid period without your agreement where that is required.
